Bare Trees in Fog

“Once upon a time, when women were birds, there was the simple understanding that to sing at dawn and to sing at dusk was to heal the world through joy. The birds still remember what we have forgotten, that the world is meant to be celebrated.” Terry Tempest Williams

Choirs

I am passionate about helping people to find their voice. Singing is our birth right. Singing with others has so many benefits; it connects us with ourselves and others, exercises and integrates our whole body and mind, and floods us with endorphins! My choirs are about experiencing the joy of singing together and making harmony. All voices are welcome and no experience is necessary. Each term we work towards a gig or performance of some kind, which is always optional and usually a lot of fun If you'd like to find out more, visit our Facebook pages or get in touch.

What People Say

"Kangaroo Choir is the highlight of my week. I had never been in a choir before and I thought I couldn’t sing a note in tune but I quickly gained confidence and I now drive my family mad as I can’t stop singing the songs around the house. It is really special to share this activity with my two young children who love it as much as I do"

Emma, Kangaroo Choir

"Jenn is energetic, calm, deeply creative, smiley leader. The variety of songs we sing are elating, challenging and all of the kids love it. I leave each week in a better headspace and would recommend this to all"

Abi, Kangaroo Choir

"Agnes (almost 2y) and I love coming to choir. It’s a great group of cheery local folk expertly led by Jenn whose skill and talents guide us through a range of new material to create some wonderful sounds. Boxes of toys and more are much enjoyed too. We both leave feeling uplifted and energised, often singing all the way home. Thank you Jenn"

Adele, Kangaroo Choir

Jenn has the capacity to immediately connect and understand you and where you are at. She effortlessly puts you at ease and guides you into a different state ready for reflection and healing. Sound therapy was a whole new idea to me but I'd tried many conventional interventions and found nothing satisfactory. After a few sessions with Jenn I felt more positive and more convinced than ever that I could help myself to heal.

Abbe, Voice Therapy

Jenn is truly present when she is with you, she listens, she is honest and authentic in how she speaks and listens. She chooses appropriate exercises for me as an individual with my individual circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend Jenn to anyone who is going through a difficult time or who needs a space to resolve matters in their life.

Ivy, Voice Therapy

…I would highly recommend Jen she has an amazing presence and is able to put you at ease very quickly. She is incredibly intuitive and the work she does releases energy you’re your body that may have been buried for years. Thank you so much Jen
