Monthly Mindful Singing and Guided Pause
This group will offer an opportunity to connect more intimately with our voices and come together each month into a deeper sense of being with ourselves and each other, to find restoration and nourishment. Sessions will take place in my yurt in Trellech, near Beacon woods.

About the Event
The first group will meet on Monday 5th February from 7-8.30pm. There will be a brief guided practise and I will lead us through some mindful voice and circle singing together. If the weather allows, we may incorporate the outdoors in our practise. You can pay what you feel - suggested amount between £5 and £8.
