About the Event
Therapeutic Voicework includes guided reflection and awareness practise as we pay attention to our direct physical experience to get to know more accurately what is affecting us and how. With the help of this awareness, I guide you through exercises involving breath, body and voice that support deep release and a sense of wholeness and integration which in turn enables you to support yourself better in the challenges you face.
