Voice Sound Bath

Find deep relaxation and nourishment and experience the restorative power of overtone singing in an hour long sound bath.  Overtone (or polyphonic) singing has its roots in ancient traditions and is associated with transformation and healing. Set in a beautiful yurt in Beacon Hill woods near Trellech. The session will include a cup of tea and a mindful pause with the opportunity for guided reflection. Come as you are, bring a blanket and a mat for lying on.
